By accessing or using the website at thermotechom.com or the Eventix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Thermo Tech provides construction, engineering, and project management services in the Sultanate of Oman. The scope, timeline, pricing, and specific terms of any construction or engineering engagement are governed by the separate written contract agreed between Thermo Tech and the client for that specific project.

These Terms of Service govern use of our website and the Eventix platform only and do not replace project-specific contracts.

3. Eventix Platform Terms

The Eventix digital event management platform is operated by Thermo Tech. Event organizers who use Eventix agree to the following:

• Authorized Use: You must only upload phone numbers, email addresses, and guest data for which you have lawful authority to send communications.
• WhatsApp Policy Compliance: All WhatsApp messages sent through Eventix must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy. You may not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content via WhatsApp.
• Email Compliance: All email communications sent through Eventix must comply with applicable anti-spam laws. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email. Each email sent must accurately identify the event organizer as the sender.
• Guest Consent: You are responsible for ensuring that guests whose data you upload have given appropriate consent to receive WhatsApp messages and/or email communications from you for the specific event.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the guest data you provide.
• Phone Cover Rentals: Rental equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage or loss of rented equipment may be charged at replacement cost.

4. User Obligations

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thermo Tech website and Eventix platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Thermo Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thermo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or the Eventix platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our digital services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also stop using our services at any time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
